The Ketogenic Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to advancing education, research dissemination, and public understanding of metabolic health and ketogenic therapies.

- Donation records: Retained indefinitely for tax compliance, financial auditing, and IRS requirements (nonprofits must retain contribution records)
- Event registration information: Retained for 7 years after the event for continuing education verification, attendance records, and program evaluation
- Email communications and newsletter subscriptions: Retained until you unsubscribe, plus 60 days to process opt-outs and ensure compliance
- Website analytics and usage data: Retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months, in accordance with standard analytics practices
- Correspondence and inquiries: Retained for 3 years to maintain records of our interactions and provide continuity of service
- Account information (if applicable): Retained until account deletion is requested, then deleted within 90 days except where retention is legally required

f. No Fee
We do not charge a fee to process privacy requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, in which case we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline the request. g.
